Great bartender, fantastic drink and really interesting atmosphere. Feels like you're hanging out at your friends house in the 90s or something. 10/10 would go back to have another fun and delicious cocktail here👍

Am I ever going to fall out of love with Farside? Very, very doubtful as long as it stays like this! This is still my #1 bar to go to and I'm just really happy it exists. Everything about it is exactly what I love, from the awesome crowd, to the decor, to the chill vibe, to the talented bartenders, to the location. 😍💕 Best bar in the east, hands down. [Edit] 3 years later: Yup, I still love this bar.

Great ambience, loved the wallpaper and props all over the bar. Ridiculously cheap cocktails and friendly bar staff. Definitely will be going back again

great bar in the neighborhood with music, vcr movies playing in the back, laidback vibes and good drinks. You go to the bar to order and claim a table/seat for yourself. Drinks were balanced and well priced.

Favourite bar around! Originally went to the one in Hamilton and loved it. So when me and the girlfriend discovered there was one in Toronto we had to go! The vibes here are the best! There are friendly bartenders and staff that will take care of you, always having pitchers of water on the bar. VCR movies being projected on the back wall are a sweet touch and perfect for a “trippy” night out 😜🍄 Crisp, cold drinks, good friends and a great atmosphere! Try the Willibald on tap! 😮‍💨 Recent renovations gave it a lot more seating room near the back which was a great touch! Please don’t ever change!

Love this being my local - great combo of dive vibes and great cocktails. The music is always on point and there's a projector with old films playing and sometimes sports. 10/10

Super friendly staff even when they’re busy and slammed. Great cocktails and craft beer. Good vibes, nice layout and decor. If you’re into vinyls, they have a swap box in front of the bar. Similar to “Little Free Library - Take a book. Leave a book” method.

Far for us to go, but will definitely be a place to go next time we’re in the east end ! Dj was amazing, service was attentive. We got served by a lady with long brown hair (I should have got her name) and she was amazing. She gave us some olives because I was so hungry after our night. Had to kick somebody out and handled it so well- my partner was ready to jump in but realised she didn’t need anybody’s help (despite being fairly short compared to this group) I know that sounds condescending but hats off to her- genuinely !
